What the O-1E will look like when its finished being restored

The monument will honor the only CCT member ever listed as Missing In Action (MIA), SSgt Andre Guillet. He was shot down while flying in an O-1E Bird Dog over Laos on May 18, 1966 and never found. To date, he is still listed as MIA from the war in Southeast Asia.
